Situation

I was assigned a project that required the use of straight black lines combined with primary color planes.

Task

My objective was to create a composition that adhered to the assignment's constraints while achieving a visually balanced and aesthetically pleasing result.

Action

I implemented the following design principles:

• Geometric Shapes: Utilized exclusively square shapes for the color planes to maintain geometric consistency.

• Layering: Arranged the shapes and black lines to overlap within each cluster, adding depth and complexity to the composition.

Result

The final composition featured horizontal and vertical straight black lines intersecting with red, blue, and yellow color blocks. This arrangement achieved a visually balanced and pleasing aesthetic, fulfilling the assignment's requirements.
